A Happy New Year to everyone from us here at Cottage Farm - wishing you all health, happiness and prosperity for 2016. It's been a very busy and fun-packed festive season here, with lots of events, extra Christmas markets and two of our Christmas Dinner events here at the farm.
Kevin did us proud, producing his excellent 'Gooducken' - a Cottage Farm goose, boned and stuffed with a boned Cottage Farm duck and chicken, with three different gorgeous pork stuffings. It was great to serve our guests with our own, beautiful home-reared birds. The Christmas pudding went down a storm too, it's made to a traditional recipe we found (apparently used by the Royal Family!) and our Rakia was perfect for the flambe!
Thank you so much to everyone who supported us throughout 2015. We met some truly brilliant people, made lots of new friends and worked with some fantastic new colleagues. We are excited about this year and have lots of new projects and events in mind - watch this space and we hope to see you soon!
